Best love story I have ever read so far, was introduced by my cca mate by an e-mail. Initially, I was attracted by the fact that the students are from NJC and I always wanted to know how top JC students can have time for relationships with all the studies, cca, etc. But when I read the first page, I was too engrossed in it till I forgot about my aim, which was totally irrelevant.

This story is a extounding success due to many factors. The main factor in my opinion, is that it is local-based and the situations are really real. I did ponder on many questions, especially the part on 'Landy'. You will find out soon enough once you get till that part.

Feel like buying the book but I'll wait till my cca mate gets it, lol.

Wonder how the two of them are doing right now...it is such a bittersweet story.

The storm has past

Was praying that I will patch things up with the person I scolded. So, I took the initiative and apologised to him during lecture. Well, he said it was nothing and I guess everything's over now. Yea, I hate having any enemies, somemore he is my cca mate cum classmate. Thank God...

Just finished my maths lecture test and chemistry common test today. Maths was once again too easy, even the rest of the cohort thought so. Chemistry was difficult; easy to pass but hard to get A. Hope that I don't make any careless mistake.

I scolded my cca mate today...

Felt very strange today, scolded someone. I think that it is my first time scolding someone since primary school, excluding scolding my baby brother. Scolded him for playing for free, which is wrong. He then retorted by asking whether I have never done anything wrong. Then I said no, I'm not perfect, nobody is. If I make any mistake, it might be accidentally or unknowingly. Then he said I gave free gaming the other time to all the customers knowingly. So I told him I already admitted my mistake and told my president and my teacher. Then I challenged him that if he dare to tell the teacher, then I will allow him to have free gaming. Then silence fell upon the room. It was a really awkward moment.

I know I've gone overboard by raising my voice. Wanted to apologise to him in MSN but he wasn't online.

Anyway, don't want to dwell on this unhappy experience anymore. Today had prayer meeting in Edwin's house. It was good, and Edwin appeared on TV!!! Lol, so cute!

Having 2 exams tomorrow, maths lecture test and chemistry common test. God bless me with good results pls =)

I really treasure it a lot as I spent $93 on it. Not a single cent from anyone else, other than my pocket money from my mum. I think I'm too obsessed with it, everyday go take cloth and clean it, lol. Really like what the bible says, 'where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.' Now my heart is with my Razer Copperhead. I'm in love with it =)

Now after I got Razer Copperhead, what should I get next? Hmm...PSP would do fine, lol. Hopefully I can persuade my parents to give me one on my birthday, and the probability of that happening is 0.01%. Praying for a miracle though.

Edwin also told me that Pastor want the youth band to regroup again. Yay! Can be together with the youth band again. Really missed them a lot since June. I missed playing the keyboard too~

Dream come true

Finally, I waited for this moment ever since I had its notion. I got a RAZER COPPERHEAD ANARCHY RED!!! After painstakingly saving my money for 5 months, I got it. I got it. I got it. Have you ever wished for something you want so badly and get it? Yea, it is that feeling. ^^

Had A level listening comprehension on 17/07/08 and school ended early, around 4.30pm. So I went home, change out of my uniform and took the MRT to Tiong Bahru Plaza. Dozed off on the way there due to immense lethargy. Then, when I woked up, just nice Tiong Bahru and the doors were closing. So I dashed out of the MRT, super embarrassing, lol.

Never been to the place before, and now I know why Nicholas called me a country bumpkin. In my world, only JP, JEC and west mall exist. Like duh, I live in the west side of the country. So when I stepped into the plaza, I was flabbergasted. So huge compared to JP. I'm like a frog in a well, haha. So I quickly went to the shop Nicholas recommended me-Challenger. Anyway, the main reason I'm going to the plaza is due to his membership card. The one at JP costs $110 which is way too expensive. With his membership card, it costs only $93. Unexpectedly, I found my way to the shop rather easily, even though I have never been there before. It is either a Deja Vu or I just probably have good sense of direction. Hope it is the latter =D.

Wanted tempest blue but sold out, so I bought anarchy red instead. Had to memorise the IC no. of Nicholas. Thank God he was born one day after me, so we have similar IC no. Mine is 9135094G and his is 9135073D. The only thing that puzzled me was, how come his number is earlier than me although he was born later? Weird...

So, after I bought it, it was only 5.45pm and since I was already at the plaza, might as well explore a bit right? I must admit, there is a wide array of shops there compared to JP, and the interior design is so much more captivating. How I wished I could stay in the city now...

But the only thing I wanted to find out is whether there is a LAN shop in the plaza. To my disappointment, there is none, or maybe there is, but I might have missed it out. However, there is an arcade at the top storey and I went in. Quite empty, and the people there are 90% adults. I think I'm the only teenager there -.-.

Went to buy a $2 card and played Parapara dance dance revolution, the one you play with your hands. Don't dare to play in JP cause there is usually a crowd there staring at you. I don't like stares...kinda creepy. Played hard mode and failed on the 2nd stage, lol. The sensor wasn't as sensitive as I thought. So I played normal mode instead and perspired a lot. It was fun, haha.

Took some photos of my RAZER and showed it to my classmates. They were like wow, so nice. Wahahahahah. So proud of my RAZER now. RAZER owns!!! I think I'm in love with RAZER, lol. RAZER RAZER RAZER!!! My father lent me his USB cable but it didn't work. So he said he will rectify the problem tomorrow. Hopefully I can post RAZER as a form of celebration. Whee!!!

Yay!!!!!!!! Scream*!!!!!!

Just finished 3 exams today-chemistry, chinese and economics. It is like worse than O levels la...3 major exams in one day. It was a warped replica of The Great Depression, with majority of the people humming the same tune. Disappointment engulfed the atmosphere, yet a tinge of hope was lingering, a faint one, yet sufficient for one to cherish.

As for me, I don't really know the outcome yet, hoping for a silver lining. My good friend was extremely depressed, keep reiterating that he can't get promoted. Once again, I can put my hidden talent to good use-counselling people. Lol, kept encouraging him and giving him examples that getting promoted is chicken feet. Come to think of it, I felt a little hypocritical. Even I don't habour much hope about him getting promoted, oh well...Must continue to encourage him. It is not finished until it is finished. Yea =)

Conclusion: It is not finished yet. Still have promos! Argh! Stressed. Getting many pimples and lack of sleep these few days. Got scolded by a teacher for falling asleep in lecture. Come on, there are dozen of students falling asleep, why me? Ok, I blame the close proximity you are to me, sitting just behind me without me noticing. Imba Ownage...

Must really work hard for my future le. My father keep saying he wants me to get scholarship and share the principal's hands, PM lee's hands, everyone's hands cause he wants to have his 'face'. Thats parents for you, basking in the limelight of their children and claiming the credits for raising their children so well. Bleach...

Sry Dad, no scholarship this year. No chance man, not when there are like 20+ students getting 6As. I think I only got 3As. Sad life...

Life's little surprises

Yea!! I'm extremely happy today =D. Had cca meeting today and the exco position was finally announced. Since PAE till now, I have contributed a lot for my cca and was expecting to be in the exco position.After waiting for such a long time, I am now officially the deputy manager of the the business development unit. Hurray!! Actually wanted to be in the marketing committee but my senior said I am more suited for the former. Lol, who cares...I'm on cloud nine right now! Wahahahaha.

Finally, after 6 months of saving, I'm reaching closer and closer to my goal of getting a Razer Copperhead. Still lack $30. Tried to persuade my brother to contribute $30 but failed terribly. He said rarely play Dota now and don't need it. Aww...

Speaking of going out, I'm having this student leader camp again from friday to saturday. Seriously I don't feel like going. I have like 3 lecture test next week and 2 common test. Math, physics, chemistry, chinese and economics. Yet again, I succumb to the word 'compulsory'. I'm starting to hate this word. Hope my teacher can release me on saturday morning so I can attend Cg and service.

Oh ya, my CGL Edwin is coming back soon! Woot! Another cause for celebration. I'm starting to miss him man. Lol, I'm straight btw, =X. He is seriously a good leader and I really respect him a lot.

I'm starting to feel the pressure of Jc life which my seniors have warned me before, and obviously I took it for granted. Studies, to get promoted, I need 2H2 passes and 2H1 passes. Right now, I got 3H2 passes and 3H1 passes. But, my physics and economics barely passed, in the 50s' mark range. Right now, I just want to get promoted, I will start mugging when I'm J2 ba.

Had an enjoyable day today, like no other. Woke up at 9.05am by Hui Wen's phone call and realised I overslept. Quite panic and had no time to bath or eat. Just wore my clothes and rushed out of the house like a speeding bullet. Yea I totally wished I could at move at 299792458m/s, which is impossible. So Hui Wen and I took a cab to Shu Wen's house for combined Cg meeting with W388.

Then, the taxi uncle didn't go there before. So we got lost in the midst of all the terrances and frantically calling chao chung to guide us. Why didn't I turn to the Holy Spirit at that moment? Sigh. Would have save us 10 minutes or so. Then the house is so near yet so far. We were adjacent to it all the while, yet didn't realise there is an opening. -.-. Gosh blurness...Spirit of Blurness, Out!

Reached the house at around 10.15am. Thank God the Cg haven start yet. Don't want to leave bad impression, especially since Edwin is away. Cg started at 10.30am and we played sherade (Idk how to spell). It's err, a representative must act a word and the group must guess. Lol! Super Imba hilarous moment. Chao Chung imitated 'Kungfu Panda' with his seemingly glove-like punching hands. Rosalyn did a unique and authentic indian-shaking-his-head to resemble 'Indiana Jones'. Now that was ludicrous, wahahahahhaah =D. Thanks for all the laughter. ^^

After that was praise and worship. Edwin said must be role models and show them our strong praise and worship, cannot disappoint him, haha. It was good, presence of God was strong. Sadly, the song sheet for 'I surrender all' missed out one sentence, then everyone don't know how to sing. Thank God I put the song as my blog's music, so I know how to sing, lol. Really nice song, True Worshippers rox! I wanna be like you guys one day. If I can't be a businessman, I will consider going into the music industry. Yea, inspired~

Sermon was good too. A bit lengthy but relevant, so it sort of captures our attention. I dunno if it is something bad or not, but there will often be small conversation going on during sermon, which is quite distracting. Maybe I'm sensitive, cause I'm used to the lecture system in my school and boy, lectures are 99% silent. The 1% is the snoring of sleeping students, lol. Yea, JC students love to snore =O. Do I snore too? Hmm...Ignorance is bliss =D.

Ok back to the topic. So after sermon, Xue Min gave altar call and went around to lay hands on people. I must say, the presence of God is really strong. Even when Xue Min was praying for Hui Wen who was beside me, I can already feel the power of God.
Great Cg meeting, thanks W388 and Xue Min for an unforgettable experience. Hoped we have been easy to manage, haha. =)

Also, I wanna apologise to Wayne for this afternoon. Sry for disappointing you, never go with you to JE library. And...sorry for talking too much and anything that I have done to make you angry. Sometimes I may do things in my perspective without realising that it aggrevates the situation. Don't emo le...life is full of hope. Smile =) You know that you look really suave when you smile? Yea, I'm telling the truth. Ask the people around you if you don't believe me. Ask God if you don't believe them.

Sadly I don't know how to smile very well. Textbooks also never teach me how to smile. My parents also never teach me how to smile. Nobody taught me how to smile O.o. How to smile??? Bleachx...

Have to think of brand names for the Lan Shop in my school. 2 weeks left...stressed!!!!!!! Imba Ownage, We own this place, VitaG, E-suana, Gamers' Fantasia, The room(I like this one =P) Genisis, Veterans, Eginity(this sounds like...better not say it...) Unstoppable, Evil room, Play till you die, Ohana(Nice name but it was the seniors' idea). All these names are crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap. Tio shot by our teachers like 23490230482304923 times. Wah, on the brink of fainting le. If you think it is easy to come out with a brand name, think again. I thought so initially too. If you seriously can think of 1, SMS asap!! Must state reasons for the name, validity of the name, originality of the name, etc.

And still have to do my EOM. I wanna quit JC le. So busy...no time to do the things I wanna do. Haven go swimming for 6 months le. Haven go to the city for 6 months le. Haven go overseas for 1 year le. Haven buy any clothes for 2.5 Years le. And I reckon it will accumulate. After A level go army, after army go university, after university go work, after work get married, after get married have family, then after have family, die. Is there any break? I need one, just a 1 year break will do. Teleport me to a distant land where life has no worries, burdens, nothing. Yea that is what I would if I can: invent a teleporter. So far, scientists have successfully teleported one atom. Wonder how many atoms there are in a human body?...

Ah, don't want to think so much le. It is so late now but tomoro Youth's Day! Technically its today cause its way past midnight. My CSL committee leader just told me I don't have to go to school tomoro. Yippee!!! God I love you. Muacks! =D

Feeling extremely bored right now. Essentially, WC3 patch is bugged and I can't play Dota with my friends. This is really depressing, ie the last straw on a camel's back. Yea I know Monday is Youth Day. Regrettably, I have no time to enjoy the long weekend. Tomorrow, I have to go school for CSL meeting at 10am. Hopefully it ends before 3pm. Sunday actually need to do the banners and posters for the trilympic but told them I got church, so can't make it. Monday have to meet again if they are unable to complete in on Sunday, which is obviously impossible. Furthermore, I have not completed my EOM 1st draft which is actually due yesterday. Was given an extension by the teacher and have to send him by e-mail by monday.



Life's like that. Circumstances are rarely in your favour. You have to find opportunities by yourself. As the saying goes, life is not a bed of roses. I rather it be not. Don't they know roses have thorns too!? Haha, just for laughs =D. How to find time? If only I can create time. Nah, I would have gone insane prior to acquiring that ability, which makes it redundant.

Didn't see her today. Too busy ushering to do so. God comes first =). Too bad no mass deliverance. Aww, I really miss those times. I need to get delivered man! Imma go crazy soon...Spirit of craziness. Lol!

At the beginning

Gosh, I think I'm in love with this song-At the beginning. The song keep replaying itself in my mind when I'm bathing, cycling to school, during lessons, when I'm bored and stoning, when I come to my blog. Lol. What a beautiful song from one of Disney's many famous shows-Anastasia.

It never fail to amaze me that Disney is so successful in capturing the attention of people, generally the younger age group. Nice storyline, music, and there is an attribute that makes you want to be part of the scene too. Yea, I don't mind begin the suave prince and have a happy ending in every walk of my life, so...romantic. Alas, it is something I have never experience before and thus unable to make any appropriate comment on it.

School has been monotonous, something which I should not expect as this term should have more homework and well, putting it in a bad way, hellish. Not as much homework as I expected, but lots and lots of exams. Yea, the one word that drives everyone into locomotion. Someone once questioned the significance of exams; al beit it is the sole reason why we study, have you ever wonder a world without exams? A common situation why students want exams to be abolished. 'When I fair poorly for my exams, my parents scold me. On the other hand, when I do well for my exams, my parents never reward me.'

No logic right? I mean, not that we should be rewarded when we do well for our exams, it is only proper for us to do so, seeing ourself as students. However, why must we get punished when we do badly for our exams? It is not like we want to be stupid. Duh. One thing I learnt after going through 10.5 years of education, excluding nursery and kindgergarden.

Hardwork is not equivalent to results. Some people may study hard but not achieving the results their desired results. Then why condemn them? They have tried their best. The harder you push them, the more they get pressurized and then something bad happens. Why do you still want to do so even though you can forsee the consequences? Why...?

Been asking myself a lot of questions for this week. Partly due to the influence of my CCA teacher. He has been questioning us-Why must $2 per hour? Why must install Dota in the Lan shop? Have you done a survey? Why the furniture must arrange like this? Why must you ensure the customers pay before they play? Why must you have customer service? Why...Why...Why? Hey...do I look like an answer booklet? Zzz sick of answering innumerous questions all the time. Finally I can have my 'revenge'. Need to ask questions to people for my project work survey and cca survey. Whahahaha. Gonna vent my frustration by doing surveys, lol. Playing Dota should help too ^^.

I still love my CCA though. Today the furniture came in. Self-assembled the tables and discovered I have engineering talents. Must be the gene from my father, haha =D. Took photos, but I still don't have a phone cable. Too bad, saving money for my precious Razor Copperhead. Come to think of it, I have been saving money for it for 5 months but to no avail. Oh well.

Having physics paper 1 common test tomorrow and I'm not very optimistic about it. Didn't do well for paper 2 already. Even passing this time is going to be tough; seems like getting A is like building sandcastles in the air. Gary, what has happened to your Physics? You got A for O levels and now you are like getting D (Thank God D is a pass in JC.) Blame the huge gap? Blame the teacher? Blame the school? Nah...blame myself. At least I'm still doing well for my maths and chemistry, if not I might not even be promoted. That is the last thing I wanna go through-rentention.

Have to mug more. Think of studying every sunday afternoon after CG at Je library. Have found some friends to accompany me. Now it all boils down to my determination and will for me to go back to my books and pull up my socks.
